Peloton Apartments offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one and two bedroom apartment floor plans and live/work townhomes.

Gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the base rent. For multiple leaseholders, combined household income must meet the same requirement.

Lease terms at Peloton Apartments range from 1 to 15 months depending on unit availability and lease selection. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

The typical application processing timeline is 1–3 business days, depending on verification speed and unit demand.
Guarantors are accepted when applicants do not meet income requirements. Guarantors must complete an application and meet income qualification standards independently.
Applying as early as possible is recommended due to ongoing demand and limited unit availability in the North Williams District.

Pet Policy

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home, subject to approval and screening requirements.

Peloton Apartments is a pet-friendly community, allowing dogs and cats with a limit of two pets per household. There are no weight restrictions for approved pets.

All residents must complete a mandatory Pet Screening Profile before move-in approval is granted.

Certain dog breeds are restricted. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)
  • Presa Canario
  • Chow Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Great Dane
  • All Husky & Malamute breeds
  • Rottweiler
  • Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.

Maintenance & Resident Services

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, by phone, or in person during leasing office hours.

Urgent maintenance includes issues such as loss of heat, water, electricity, flooding, or lock-related security concerns requiring immediate attention.
For urgent issues, residents should contact the leasing office directly so the maintenance team can respond as quickly as possible.
Peloton Apartments provides on-call support for urgent maintenance needs outside of standard business hours when required.

Parking & Access

The community uses controlled access entry systems to maintain secure and limited resident access throughout the property.
Yes, elevator access is available throughout all buildings for convenient resident movement between floors.

Residents are responsible for utilities such as electricity, water, sewer, gas, and trash services depending on usage and provider setup.
